Founded in 2002 by a rock band, LIMESODA is now a leading digital agency with around 55 inhouse employees. Our areas of activity include corporate websites, web shops, social media, SEO/SEA, online marketing, video production and many other web topics. We are a member of Leitbetriebe Austria.

We offer a very pleasant working atmosphere with a good work-life-balance. Social events such as excursions, parties, afterwork or joint sports also offer (voluntary!) Also space for topics other than work.

A good 40 % of our team are mothers or fathers. The dual role is challenging, we know that. That’s why we have flexible working hours, short-term time compensation, home office up to 60 % remote work, the possibility of part-time work and flexible vacation arrangements. The 4-day-week is just as feasible as temporarily working 100% remotely. We are also certified as a family-friendly employer with the state berufundfamilie quality mark.

So that we can better cope with the challenges in our private lives, we at LIMESODA pay attention to mind and body. Company health promotion is always an issue for us. And that pays off. We are national winners of the BGF Prize and were voted one of the three most family-friendly companies in Vienna in the “Deeds instead of Words” competition!

Ideal conditions for developers

Our devs are organized into agile teams of 3 to 8 people. We have modern infrastructure and all devs have laptops with either Linux or MacOS. Regular overtime is not part of our company philosophy. On average throughout the year, our development team has little or no overtime. Remote work or partial home office are possible regardless of Corona. Our development team is spread across our three locations in Vienna, St. Pölten and Linz. Choose your location. Women are particularly welcome in our technical teams. We support training and further education for everyone.
