WORK IT

You are the main point of contact for our clients – everything related to their IT services goes through you

You oversee operations, strategically develop services, and build long-term customer relationships

Service quality (SLA), profitability, and customer satisfaction are in your capable hands

You coordinate internal teams (operations, tech, project management) ensuring seamless workflows
-
You conduct regular service reviews and control meetings with clients, analyze KPIs and derive improvements

You identify new opportunities early – and co-create innovative IT roadmaps with the client

You analyze services, efforts and costs, and implement targeted optimization measures

Together with our departments, you continuously elevate the quality and performance of our services
BE IT
- You hold a completed education in IT (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University)
- Several years of experience in IT service management, preferably in client services or operations
- ITIL is second nature to you, not just theory
- You work in a structured way, think analytically, and confidently manage projects and meetings
- You’re a strong communicator – internally, during escalations, or in client meetings
- You present professionally, think in solutions, and always have client value in mind
- You see self-responsibility and teamwork as complementary
- You bring excellent German and English skills as well as a category B driver’s license
- You’re eager to develop yourself both professionally and personally

We are legally required to state that for this position, based on full-time employment, the collective minimum salary is EUR 4,350 gross per month. However, we explicitly point out our willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
